Queens Lodge provides 24 hour Nursing and Residential care to 40 residents. We also provide Daycare to individuals who wish to spend the day with us, during which time they can enjoy all meals, take part in the entertainment programme and even make use of our assisted whirlpool bath or walk-in shower.

We have 28 single rooms and 6 twin rooms, all with their own en-suite facilities and modern furnishings including a single bed, lockable bedside table, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfortable seating and a 19" flat screen digital television with a built in DVD player. Residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings to help create a more personalised space.

Visiting times are not restricted and visitors may choose to visit in any of the five lounges or in the privacy of the resident's own room if they wish. In the interests of fire safety, we ask residents to inform the nurse in charge if they intend going out, giving details of their expected time of departure and return.

Any problems can be reported to the qualified nurse in charge who will take personal responsibility for dealing with your problem. All complaints are dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Procedure, a copy of which can be obtained on request.
