Book lovers can enjoy our vast collection of 500 large print books in the relaxing environment of our ground floor library. All our books are colour coded according to theme, of which there is a wide variety including history, romance, classics, mystery and general fiction. For those with poorer vision we have a wide selection of 'talking books' - recordings of novels read aloud by popular actors which are listened to on our cassette player or through ear-phones.

The library provides a quieter environment than the main lounge yet the open arches ensure readers are not isolated from the rest of the Home. Situated next to the conservatory, you can also enjoy views of the garden.
